XPU-HA BEACH will have a spectacular beach club, with its first phase starting to operate in 2021. This Residential Gated Community will have controlled accesses to both sides of the road, as well as an underpass that will allow you to safely commute to the beach club by car, golf cart, bicycle or on foot.
